Who Are We
“If there is a book that you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, you must be the one to write it.”
— Toni Morrison
KVJ Consulting, LLC. is a “for profit” entity with a philanthropic arm. There are ten core “for profit” services, which include executive and leadership coaching, keynote speaking, professional development, strategic planning and systems thinking, process improvements and gap analysis, community building work, program audits, digital marketing tools, afterschool youth development programming, and custom services. There is one distinctly different service connected to our philanthropic arm, L.O.V.E. (re: let our voices encourage). Said service includes advocating holistic wellness and economic development for traditionally marginalized individuals and the communities where they live. Currently, there are two signature philanthropic efforts associated with L.O.V.E.: Asthma Advocacy and Awareness for Allen and Black Woman Energy™. Both efforts align solely with our philanthropic subsidiary's mission to improve the lives of African Americans and others requiring support by promoting holistic wellness and providing access to life changing/saving resources.
